Physical Therapist - Float Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

AM shift consisting of 5 × 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a float position, requiring a 50/50 split between Ashburn and South Riding. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse adult and geriatric population, while also having experience with adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver physical therapy interventions and monitor progress.
• Conduct fall risk assessments and utilize appropriate evaluation methods.
• Manage a productivity level of over 90%, with an expectation of 12+ visits per day.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Open to new graduates, but 1+ years of experience preferred.
• Physical Therapist License in the state of Virginia.
