This position combines member support, relationship-building, and consultative need based sales. You’ll reconnect with members, coordinate client appointments, and deliver personalized recommendations across life insurance, supplemental benefits, health products, and related solutions.

• Reengage members and schedule client appointments to support ongoing retirement solutions
• Provide hands-on assistance with withdrawals, annual reviews, and general account support
• Create referral opportunities through authentic, relationship-driven conversations
• Present tailored financial recommendations that align with individual member goals
• Promote high-value benefits that make a measurable impact
• Lead and manage virtual appointments with confidence and professionalism
