Program Support Assistant

As a Program Support Assistant, you will:

Provide administrative/technical coordination of assigned responsibilities and keep abreast of all necessary changes.
Perform timekeeping duties, to include assisting with timesheets, billing, payments for the Transitional Work component, as well as accounting for the VHA Vocational Rehabilitation Program.
Extract and analyze data from various databases, including but not limited to VATAS, VSSC, VISTA and LEAF.
Provide a complete range of program support which includes basic customer service skills, timekeeping, data analysis, and graphing.
Provide administrative assistance to the section Chief.
Scheduled Veterans for upcoming group and individual therapy sessions as well as medication management appointments with the PRRC NP.
Monitor CWT VHA Vocational Rehabilitation and Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Center programs budgets and fiscal responsibility over the RCPs.
Maintain compliance with proper fiscal procedures when purchasing, reconciling and auditing.
Serves as the control point clerk/purchase card holder for the CWT VHA Vocational Rehabilitation program and Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Center.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Subject to change based on the needs of the Agency)
