Shift Details: Monday Outpatient, Every Other Tuesday acute care, Thursday Outpatient, Friday Acute Care 9:30-6:00 Holidays : 1 per year Weekends : 1 weekend date per week


Job Summary:

Acute and Outpatient Neuro Physical Therapist willing to work with many populations from acute to outpatient ortho and neurological patients. Position includes weekend program and differential.


The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

Wisconsin state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
