CT Tech PositionOur client, a leading health system in Lakewood, is seeking a CT Tech to perform high-quality CT images and exams, providing essential patient care within the medical imaging department while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs.ResponsibilitiesPerforms diagnostic imaging procedures, providing safety for self, patients, and all other individuals.Practices all rules and regulations pertaining to radiation safety, reducing personal and patient exposure to "as low as reasonably achievable" (ALARA).Produces quality images in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.Provides information and instruction to patient and/or family regarding the procedure and responds to their physical and emotional needs.Observes patient and equipment during the procedure and reports/documents unusual occurrences and records patient's condition.Maintains technical operation of equipment and notifies service when necessary.RequirementsRequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDARRT (CT), ARRT (T), ARRT (N) or CNMT registry or State CT registry ARRT R with CT training.BLS, American Heart AssociationState Radiology Tech license for those working at a Kansas siteTwo (2) years of related experiencePreferredAssociate DegreeScheduleFull TimeCompensation$35.43 - $59.68/hourBenefitsMedical, prescription drug, dental, vision plansLife insurancePaid time off (minimum of 14 paid time off days, including holidays annually)Tuition reimbursementRetirement plan benefits including 401(k), 403(b), and other defined benefits offerings$10,000 sign-on bonusUp to $8,000 relocation assistance for new hires that meet eligibility requirements
