Cosmetics Packaging / Warehouse AssociatePosition Title: Cosmetics Packaging / Warehouse Associate Job Type: Contract (approx. 2 weeks) | 40 hrs/week | On-site Location: Los Angeles/Chatsworth area, CA 91311 Pay Rate: $18.42/hr (W2) Client: DRMTLGY Interview Required: YesPosition SummaryWe are hiring Cosmetics Packaging / Warehouse Associates to support a fast-paced cosmetics operation. This role focuses on packaging, labeling, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining quality standards to ensure products are packed accurately and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesPackage cosmetics and related merchandise according to order requirementsApply labels, stickers, and batch/lot codes as instructedBuild and seal cartons, poly-bag items, and prepare packages for shippingPerform quality checks (correct item, shade/variant, count, packaging condition)Assemble promotional kits or bundles (kitting) when neededKeep workstation clean and organized; follow safety and housekeeping guidelinesMeet hourly/daily production goals while maintaining accuracyReport damaged product, shortages, or packaging issues to the lead/supervisorRequirements / QualificationsWarehouse or packaging experience preferred (cosmetics/beauty products a plus)Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movementsAbility to lift up to 30 lbs (Tier 3 work level)Strong attention to detail (matching SKUs, shades, counts, labels)Reliable attendance and punctuality for the duration of the assignmentComfortable working in a production environment with performance expectationsWork EnvironmentWarehouse/production setting, on your feet most of the shiftRepetitive packing/labeling tasks; may involve fast line work and seasonal volumeNice-to-Have Skills (Optional)Kitting, pick/pack, label printing, RF scanner experienceFamiliarity with basic QA processes (counts, inspections)
