Design Tanks is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD in a full-time role. PAY : $60,000-$70,000 annual salary

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as your first language

At least 4 years of recent experience in the Human Resources field is preferred.

SCHEDULE : This is a full-time HR position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

In this HR role, you'll guide your team through questions, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive work environment through effective employee relations. You'll also help team members confidently navigate benefits, ensuring clarity and support at every stage, while also managing workers' compensation processes with precision and care. Each day, you'll balance compliance with compassion, strategy with action, and play a key role in shaping a workplace where employees feel valued and supported.
