ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Navin Jiwnani - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Forward claims to the appropriate claims department for further handling, with empathy and understanding. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Provide excellent customer service, including timely follow-up to ensure customer needs are met. QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience working in a State Farm office. Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
