Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in call coverage with a beeper system, ensuring a response time of 30 minutes.
• Maintain a call ratio of 1:3.
• Manage an average of 7 patients per shift.
• Conduct both inpatient and outpatient rounding.
• Perform essential procedures including newborn intubation, UVC, UAC, and chest tube insertion.
• Oversee non-invasive and acute ventilation management.
• Handle patient admissions as required.
• Engage in an ongoing assignment with consistent support.
