We are an outpatient pediatric therapy practice with locations in the Treasure Valley and Magic Valley, providing speech, occupational, physical, and mental health services, along with behavioral and developmental support.Our mission is to support children and those who care for them through collaborative, innovative therapy services. We value compassion, teamwork, and a commitment to helping children reach their potential, and we are seeking individuals who align with our mission and values.****Physical Therapy Responsibilities:***** Provides Physical Therapy services to clients and initiates referrals when appropriate and in accordance with Physical Therapy Department procedures.* Operates in accordance with Idaho Infant and Toddler Program and Physical Therapy Department procedures when working with ITP clients.* Evaluates clients to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation. Conducts specialized evaluations as required.* Interprets and communicates evaluation findings to family and other professionals.* Develops treatment plans by identifying goals, including short and long term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.* Coordinates treatment plan for client and provides copies for family and other professionals.* Documents results of clients’ assessment, treatment, follow-up, and termination of services.* Instructs client and family in appropriate physical therapy procedures or home program to allow carry over of therapeutic remediation and goals in daily activities.* Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards.**\*Above description is not inclusive of all job duties.******What you’ll bring:***** Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.* Current Idaho Physical Therapist License or Ability to Obtain an Idaho Physical Therapist License* National Credentialing Board Certification or Recent Graduate in the Process of Obtaining Certification* Pediatric experience preferred* Maintain positive relationships and rapport with coworkers, clients, family members and other facility personnel.* Report to work on time and coordinates schedule to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency during assigned work hours.* Project a positive and professional image at all times.* Must pass a criminal background check prior to employment.****Job Type:**** Full-time**Qualified candidates must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
