Move & Pack Associate Location: Carrollton, TX Job Category: Operations Group | Job Type: Part time | Request ID: J0105571 Hours: Flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Weekend availability required. Schedule: 7 days a week with variations based on business needs. Responsibilities Pack, load, and unload customer items at residences and the warehouse to ensure a seamless storage experience. Collaborate with a team of helpers to complete 1–3 moving jobs daily while acting as the face of Clutter to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational protocols by accurately tracking and managing logistics data through our mobile application. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Physical capability: Lifting up to 50 pounds independently; assisting with team lifts for larger assets up to 400 pounds; using moving equipment such as dollies, lifting straps, hand trucks, and manually disassembling items on site. Technical aptitude: Comfortable using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday. Relevant experience: Experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, general labor or customer service environments is preferred.
