For cancellation less than 21 days once the clinician has started their assignment, a qualified replacement option is available at clients next NEO or a fee equal to two-week GWW at current bill rate. If client cancels a prescheduled shift or reduces the work hours of a HCP below the minimum guaranteed number of hours, then the client shall be billed for such week at the minimum guaranteed number of hours; provided, however, that if such HCP is working a Monday through Friday schedule and there is a nationally-recognized holiday that falls on a weekday of such week, then, for such week, client shall only be billed for the actual hours worked by such HCP rather than the minimum guaranteed number of hours. Guaranteed hours: client has the option to place HCP on low census thirty-six (36) hours per thirteen (13) week assignment without charge. Low census hours may be spread out as needed./p/div
