Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Food Service Assistant positions in Whitesburg, TN. Perks & Benefits:
- $13/Hour
- Temporary, Runs from First of June through Jul 4
- Full-Time | Short-Term Temporary
- Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service
- Weekly Pay (Pay Card or Direct Deposit)
- Coordinate with the Head Cook on meal planning, inventory management, and advance preparation
- Prepare and serve three balanced, timely, and high-quality meals daily
- Oversee dining room setup, service, and breakdown for every meal
- Manage dish sanitization and kitchen facility maintenance
- Uphold rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards across all prep and storage areas
- Monitor food quality, ensure proper storage, and minimize waste through efficient inventory use
- Assist with meal distribution and provide support to stewards
- Perform additional tasks as requested by the Camp Director
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate within a team
- Experience supervising kitchen operations for up to 450 people
- Valid ServSafe Certification
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
