Opportunity Overview We're looking for a DC Hardware Engineering Manager to join our team in North Reading, MA. This role focuses on leading the architecture, development, and delivery of DC power supply hardware for advanced test systems. You'll work cross-functionally with mechanical, firmware, software, systems, operations, and manufacturing engineering to deliver robust, scalable power solutions for test and measurement applications. Oversee schematic design, component selection, power stage topology choices, magnetics-related tradeoffs, and PCB implementation to ensure designs meet electrical and manufacturability requirements. Guide design decisions related to regulation accuracy, transient response, protection features, EMI/EMC performance, and system-level integration. Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $201,000 - $321,600. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location. Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
