Job Description
This temporary Recruiter position provides leave coverage for a talent acquisition team that supports multiple business units within a large organization. The role manages full-cycle recruiting with a primary focus on sales positions while also supporting finance, corporate functions, administrative support, and other professional-level roles as needed. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, partners closely with hiring managers, and brings a proactive, customer-focused approach to delivering an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and supporting onboarding activities.
Lead recruiting efforts for sales positions while supporting additional openings across finance, administrative, corporate, and other professional functional areas.
Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify, attract, and engage qualified talent, including proactive outreach for hard-to-fill positions and passive candidates.
Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout all stages of the hiring process.
Effectively manage multiple requisitions and varying recruitment timelines, ranging from quick-turn hires to highly sourced, specialized searches.
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
Contribute ideas and process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency, quality of hire, and overall candidate experience.
Leverage recruiting technology, automation tools, and AI-assisted solutions where appropriate to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Collaborate with the broader talent acquisition and HR teams to align recruitment efforts with broader business and people strategies.
Essential Skills
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional-level positions.
Prior experience recruiting for sales roles and within corporate, business operations, finance, and administrative support functional areas.
Strong sourcing capabilities with experience identifying and engaging passive talent.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear and professional email and messaging.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality, responsiveness, and attention to candidate experience.
High level of collaboration, adaptability, and self-motivation in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including accurate documentation and follow-through.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies to manage pipelines and workflows.
Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, recruitment, full-cycle recruiting, and human resources functions.
Ability to effectively schedule and coordinate interviews and hiring activities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Workday as an applicant tracking system or HR platform.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar management, and scheduling.
Experience utilizing AI tools and automation solutions to streamline recruiting processes and improve efficiency.
Background in talent acquisition (TA) and HR operations in a large or complex organization.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvements and best practices within a recruiting function.
Work Environment
This role offers a flexible work arrangement with both remote and hybrid options available, supporting a healthy work-life balance. The preferred schedule is approximately 40 hours per week, with flexible start and end times to accommodate personal and business needs. The recruiter can expect to manage a target requisition load of roughly 8 to 15 openings at any given time. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on partnering with hiring managers, leveraging applicant tracking systems, and using modern recruiting technologies, including AI and automation tools, to drive efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
