Shifts Available: Days and Evenings for PT and FT | PRN (All Shifts)

Pennypack Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. We are currently hiring for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles across all shifts. In this position, the LPN will deliver hands-on resident care, assist with clinical operations, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support positive outcomes in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Licensed Practical Nurses Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care following physician orders and individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

• Observe residents’ conditions and promptly report any changes to the RN or physician

• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record

• Support admissions, discharges, and resident transfers

• Provide guidance and oversight to CNAs and assist with daily care needs

• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team

Licensed Practical Nurses Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program

• Prior experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational abilities

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Dedication to delivering resident-centered care

Licensed Practical Nurses Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available

• Day, evening, and night shifts offered

• Weekend and holiday availability may be required to meet facility needs
