Local Team Collaboration: Join TMC Rincon Hospital’s close-knit team of 8 Emergency Medicine physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The Emergency Department provides 24/7 coverage with 24 hours of physician coverage (Two 12-hour shifts) and 16 hours of APP coverage (10-hour and 6-hour shifts). Subspecialty support includes: Cardiology, Gastroenterology, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, and General Surgery. Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools. Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts. Qualifications: ABEM/AOBEM Board-Certified/Board-Eligible. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling: Flexible scheduling of 12-hour day and night shifts. Full-time with Sound is 120 hours (10 shifts) per month. Key Responsibilities: Provide emergency care in an 18-bed ED (plus 3-bed observation unit) in a 55-bed acute-care hospital.
