Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities. We are growing and that means more opportunities Key Responsibilities As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you’ll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs. Efficient order entry and follow‑up Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Must work with urgency and timeliness Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the VA State Board of Pharmacy required Skills & Abilities Order entry experience Strong computer skills Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations Minimum of one (1) year working in a long‑term care pharmacy preferred but not required Clarest Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
