Job Requirements At least 6 years of experience in a formal HR role, such as HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, People Partner, Employee Relations Partner, or similar. Experience supporting employees, leaders, or business units across multiple locations, sites, markets, or states, including in a growing or changing organization. Experience independently managing complex employee relations matters, such as performance concerns, conduct issues, investigations, policy interpretation, or leader coaching.
