Industrial Janitor / Cleaning Associate

Location: Houston, TX 77015
Schedule: Part-time, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
Experience: 1–2 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required
Language: Bilingual English and Spanish required

Connect Staffing Solutions is hiring an Industrial Janitor / Cleaning Associate for a fabrication shop. This person will keep the shop’s offices, restrooms, break rooms, entrances, hallways, and other designated areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe down surfaces

• Empty trash and replace liners

• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces

• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies

• Report maintenance, safety, or supply concerns

• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely

Requirements

• 1–2 years of janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Dependable attendance and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and follow safety instructions

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry cleaning supplies and trash

• Comfort working in an active fabrication shop
