Application Developer
Requirements
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in application development • Proven experience as a Python developer, with a strong focus on FastAPI and SQLAlchemy. • Solid understanding of object-relational mapping (ORM) and SQL. • Experience with Oracle or MySQL relational databases. • Strong experience in pytest • Experience with MongoDB is a big plus • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular) is a plus. • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and maintain applications using FastAPI. • Design and implement database models and schemas using SQLAlchemy. • Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features. • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are always using the best practices.
Nice to Have
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. • Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
