Commercial cum Residential Roof Service Specialist

Synergy Preserve LLC has strong experience in renovation and property maintenance. We provide services for both residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Established subcontractor technician with experience in commercial and residential roofing systems (single-ply, TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, tile, slate, shingles, etc.). Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems. Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. Fabricate or repair equipment as needed Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance related issues promptly. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role. Crews equipped with their own tools, ladders, and safety equipment Subcontractors should carry insurance in accordance with Baker requirements Ability to read plans and shop drawings Crews experienced working with man lifts, Skytrack, and scaffolding Commitment to safe work practices and OSHA standards Ability to submit weekly invoices for work completed the prior week Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals Welding experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
