About the Position

We are seeking dependable, organized, and customer-focused individuals for Customer Service & Warehouse Associate positions throughout the Metro Atlanta area. This unique role combines customer interaction with hands-on warehouse responsibilities, making it perfect for candidates who enjoy helping customers while staying active in a fast-paced work environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and provide timely assistance.
• Make outbound calls to customers, vendors, and business partners as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding service.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.

Warehouse & Shipping Duties

• Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Stage and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support inventory management and general warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous shipping and receiving experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound phone communications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
