As a Logistics Coordinator , you’ll manage day-to-day transportation activities to ensure products are delivered on time, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily shipments, including carrier assignment and load tracking
• Communicate shipment details and updates to internal teams and carriers
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/TMS systems
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, and Operations to support on-time delivery
• Monitor freight rates and support carrier compliance
• Resolve routine transportation issues and escalate when needed
• Support cost control efforts and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2–3 years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience
• Knowledge of freight operations and transportation processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/TMS experience (JDE/Oracle preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel up to 5–10%
