Founding Full-Stack/Product Engineer | AI Agents for Healthcare | San Francisco, CA | $170K-$250K + 0.5-1.5% Equity Since launching, the team has signed one of the top 3 largest for-profit hospital systems in the country and is processing thousands of patients monthly, with a waitlist of 10+ more health systems waiting to onboard. What You'll Do Work directly with health system operators to deploy solutions and drive measurable financial impact Build evaluation infrastructure to systematically measure and improve agent quality Help shape platform strategy by identifying patterns across customers Build core agent infrastructure: context engineering, tool orchestration, memory, evals What We're Looking For 0-8 years of experience as a full-stack or product engineer (new grads welcome) Proficient in Python or TypeScript, comfortable with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Experience with LLMs, voice AI, or agent systems Track record of shipping product features end to end with real user impact Previous customer-facing experience Strong pedigree: known-for-talent companies and/or well-regarded CS programs Currently in an active IC role, with visible career velocity Logistics Full-time, 5 days onsite in San Francisco Hiring 2-4 engineers for this role This is a founding-team opportunity to build category-defining AI infrastructure in one of healthcare's most painful, highest-leverage problem areas.
