Sales Operations Analyst

Position Summary The Retirement Plan Services Internal Sales Consultant is responsible for supporting sales growth and servicing existing relationships within the Retirement Plan Services Team. Duties & Responsibilities Partner with the sales team to receive and respond to proposal requests from prospective clients. Includes participating in discovery calls with prospects. Research and examine information for prospective and current retirement plan clients and conduct comprehensive analyses, comparisons and benchmarking of fees, services and investments. Achieve a strong understanding of competitors and possess the ability to effectively position our solutions. Prepare and tailor proposal presentations for sales team based on final analysis. Respond to technical product and competitive positioning questions. Schedule and prepare comprehensive review materials for existing clients. Requires internal coordination as well as follow up with external vendors. Serve as support to existing relationships on a proactive and reactive basis Assist with onboarding of new retirement plan business, including compliance items and external vendor management. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, legislation, rules and regulations and possess the ability to effectively communicate them to current and prospective clients. Work with other team members to identify and suggest areas of improvement to policies and processes as well as service level Education & Experience Knowledge of: Robust oral and written communication skills Strong analytical skills necessary to process and interpret multiple data points and present findings in writing Retirement plan industry trends, regulations and rules Ability to: Multi-task and work independently Work in an efficient manner with minimal errors; detail oriented Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures Prioritize changing tasks effectively Education and Training: Requires Bachelor's degree. 5 or more years retirement plan service experience is preferred. Working knowledge of retirement plan laws and regulations is preferred. On-going industry training and continuing education Retirement plan industry credentials and/or designations. Requires detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite. Experience with various virtual meeting platforms. Compensation and Benefits Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
