Talent Acquisition Specialist | Security Industry We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple markets within the security industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle. This is a hands-on position with visibility across operations, offering the opportunity to directly impact hiring outcomes, employee engagement, and overall workforce success. Travel is required. What You’ll Do: Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding for hourly security roles Build strong candidate pipelines through networking, community outreach, and creative sourcing strategies Partner closely with field leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce demands Utilize job boards, social media, and recruiting tools to attract top talent Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear, timely communication Support onboarding and training coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance and onboarding accuracy Engage with employees post-hire to drive retention and referrals What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years of experience in high-volume or hourly recruiting Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (UKG/Kronos experience is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and relationship-building skills High level of integrity, accountability, and adaptability Stable work history with consistent performance Willingness to travel as needed Why Join: High-impact role with direct visibility to operations and leadership Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Opportunity to build and shape recruiting processes across multiple markets #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential Jobs
