Nurse Practitioner | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Paducah, KY Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Perform one-time, non-treatment Compensation & Pension exams and separation health assessments. Conduct exams that are primarily interview-based, supplemented by targeted physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing. Demonstrate proficiency in METs testing, as well as evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Manage follow-up administrative requirements, including completing medical opinions, reviewing diagnostics, and addressing report addendums. Focus strictly on medical evaluation; no prescribing or ongoing treatment is required. Qualifications & Credentialing Board certification through the AANP is required. Must hold an active and unrestricted full state license. Must be willing to complete and become DMA certified through specific training protocols. Proficiency in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular health is required. Candidates must own a laptop (non-Apple/Mac products only) for report entry. A current CV must include the provider's home address for presentation. A Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days is required. If schooling was completed outside of the U.S., a copy of the ECFMG certificate is required. Providers using their own office must provide comprehensive facility photos including signage, ADA-compliant parking and restrooms, exam rooms with medical equipment, and safety elements like fire extinguishers and evacuation plans. Applicants must disclose any active military duty, reserve status, or current employment with the VA. What We Offer Daily Rate: $1,200 flat rate for shifts 5 hours or longer (includes time for exam completion and report submission). Half-day Rate: $600 flat rate for shifts 4 hours or less (includes time for exam completion and report submission). A one-time bonus of $650 upon completion of all required training and the performance of the first exams. A streamlined onboarding and credentialing process.
