What You’ll Be DoingAs a Line Cook at Icebox - FARMesilla, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Assisting with inventory management and ensuring ingredients are properly stocked. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours. - Upholding food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
What We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role. - Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment. - The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. - A commitment to delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional service.
