1. st shift: Monday through Thursday from 5:00 am to 3:00 pm
2. nd shift: Monday through Thursday from 2:45 pm to 12:45 am

Base pay: $27.96 Essential Functions Identify by sight and give proper description of component items used and/or manufactured. Read, understand, and manufacture component parts in accordance with production drawings provided. Properly set‑up, operate, and perform routine operator maintenance on special jigs provided for the manufacture of component parts. Safely and skillfully set‑up, operate, and perform routine operator maintenance on the following machinery: Milling Machine Drill Press Hand hole Drilling and Tapping Machine Vertical Band Saw Horizontal Band Saw Back Stand Grinder Tube Bender 2‑3/8" Diameter Tube Deburrer 2‑3/8" Diameter Tube Notcher Tapping Gun Properly inventory processed component parts used and/or manufactured. Properly use and care for the following measuring instruments: Veneer Caliper Ball Micrometer Pitch Micrometer PI Tape Tape Measure Combination Square Level Bullhorn Arm Go‑No go Gauge Other duties as required and/or assigned. Important Details About The Role The employee is responsible for own work. Must be able to work with other employees to complete job. Set‑up, operate, and perform general maintenance of equipment without difficulty. Make mathematical calculations when preparing product or setting up machinery. Maintain a safe and productive work environment, producing a quality product shipped on time to satisfy customer needs. The employee directly impacts safety, quality, productivity, total manufacturing expenses, and customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Shift Lead. Required Qualifications of Every Candidate Calculate simple mathematics and interpret shop drawings. Recognize and solve practical problems or issues. Work effectively in a team with a diverse group of people. Pay attention to detail and follow work instructions. Meet production, safety, and quality standards in a high‑paced environment. One to three years of machine shop experience. Operation of CNC equipment is not required, but preferred. Lift up to 50 pounds, most frequent lift up to 20 pounds. Read blueprints. Use tape measure. Be trained and certified in forklift operation. Wear required personal protective equipment and follow safety regulations. Maintain a safe and productive working environment. Highly Qualified Candidates Will Also Possess These Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Knowledge of general and machine‑shop safety equipment. Three to five years of machine‑shop experience. Repeat ability to pay attention to detail and follow work instructions. Communicate and interact positively with coworkers. Passion, integrity, and drive to excel and deliver results. High awareness for safety at all times. Educational Background Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fraction conversion). Read and comprehend routings and blueprints. Use a tape measure. Use a computer to enter production data, perform time‑keeping functions, and interface with machines and equipment.
