Location: 8525 Vulcan Street, St.Louis, MO 63111 – Website: Compensation & Career Progression Sales Representative Trainee (0–6 months) $22/hour based on a 45‑hour work week (annualized pay: $54,000) Paid training with mentorship and professional development No commission during this phase Sales Representative (6–18 months) $60,000 annualized base (45‑hour work week) Plus commission on territory gross margin Total compensation target: $70,000–$80,000 (based on performance and business results) Successful completion may lead to promotion into a Sales Representative role. Advancement is based on individual performance, business needs, and demonstrated readiness.
