In this role, you will focus on building and enhancing scalable components for sales workflows, distribution platforms, API integrations, and automation pipelines, leveraging cutting-edge AI-driven and agentic workflow capabilities. As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will develop and deploy machine learning models, generative AI solutions, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based systems that improve sales intelligence, operational efficiency, and decision-making across our employer, broker, and enrollment ecosystems.
