We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects, including planting, sod, drainage solutions, retaining walls, boulder walls, paver patios and walkways, and more
• Lead a team of landscape workers, providing clear instructions and motivating them to achieve project goals
• Ensure all landscape maintenance tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and to high standards
• Oversee the installation of new landscapes, including soil preparation, planting, and construction elements
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols
• Manage scheduling of daily tasks and allocate resources effectively for multiple projects
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, hardscape installations, or related construction fields with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, gardening techniques, lawn care, tree care, and irrigation systems
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
• Familiarity with landscape construction processes and maintenance procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution
• Ability to operate relevant equipment safely and efficiently
• Good communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and suppliers
