Site Superintendent

This organization focuses on large-scale digital infrastructure development, including master-planned data center campuses with access to critical utilities such as power and fiber. Projects are developed in collaboration with local municipalities to optimize land use, support economic growth, and minimize environmental and community impact. As part of continued growth, the team is seeking a Site Superintendent with strong experience managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in commercial or industrial land development and thrive in a fast-paced, field-driven environment. The Site Superintendent will lead safety, security, construction, and site operations throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to View email address on click.appcast.io learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of civil/site construction experience, including heavy hauling, blasting, rock crushing, bridge and roadway construction, pipeline and utility installation, and telecommunications infrastructure - Strong knowledge of grading, utilities, paving, and stormwater systems - Proven field leadership experience (safety, sequencing, logistics) - Ability to interpret construction drawings and coordinate schedules - OSHA 30 required; CPR/First Aid preferred; MSHA certifications a plus - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree - Experience with tools such as P6, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Autodesk, or similar platforms Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Experience with data center or mission-critical projects (helps shorten ramp time) - Exposure to large-scale, multi-phase site development (100+ acres) - Background working with permitting, municipalities, and environmental/regulatory groups - Strong preconstruction / planning experience (constructability, sequencing) - Advanced use of P6 and construction tools, plus strong stakeholder communication skills Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
