Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time

Shifts Available: Full-Time & Part-Time | 12-hour days (7a7p), 12-hour nights (7p7a), or evenings (7p11p)

Adams Place Assisted Living is looking for caring, dependable LPNs to join our nursing team. We're part of National HealthCare Corporation (NHC), which means we have a solid, supportive backbone, but our local culture is all about teamwork and family.

As an LPN here, you aren't just checking boxes or running tasks. You're building real relationships with our residents and their families, and you're the person our nursing assistants look to for guidance and support.

A Typical Day Includes

• Providing great, hands-on care based on each resident's specific needs.
• Supporting and supervising our nursing assistants on the floor.
• Keeping families and physicians in the loop when a resident's condition changes.
• Handling medications, treatments, and required documentation.
• Leading by examplemeaning you're willing to jump in, answer a call light, and help out when the team needs it.

What You'll Need

• An active LPN license (Tennessee or a compact state).
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• A genuine love for working with seniors.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and your share of weekends/holidays.
