4-day work week 32 patient contact hours + 4 admin hours Dedicated MA for each provider On-site Practice Manager support Epic EMR

with Dragon and AI-assisted charting Average of

18–20 patients per day Full spectrum outpatient primary care Light call schedule (approximately 1 weekday call/month and 3–4 weekends/year) Compensation & Benefits
