Temporary Summer Leasing Consultant – Upcoming Takeover Opportunity! Hilltop Residential is looking to add a Summer Leasing Consultant to our team. This full‑time temporary position will start around July 1st and end around Labor Day (early September). Do you enjoy providing great customer service and want to learn more about property management? We may have an opportunity for you. Job Type: Full‑time, Temporary Responsibilities Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations while maintaining resident retention. Complete all lease applications, assist with application verification, and notify prospective residents of results. Help create and promote a friendly and professional office environment by displaying exemplary customer service in all aspects of the position. Regularly inspect tour path, amenities, model, and community for quality assurance. Work hard and as a team, feel that you can conquer any obstacle. Requirements Outgoing, gregarious personality & enthusiasm for marketing, leasing, and sales. Strong organizational and administrative abilities. Excellent communication and people skills. Passion to serve residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues. Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation.
