Country Meadow Rehab & Nursing Center is now hiring a part-time Night Shift LPN to work every Wednesday and Thursday, committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. If you are looking to become part of a dynamic team, we would love to meet you!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN LPN:
Providing nursing care within their scope of practice
Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regimen for an assigned group of patients
Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
Any other job duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS OF AN LPN:
Must have an active Certification as an LPN
Experience preferred, not required
