Grocery Store Associate

Bags groceries, assists customers with their groceries, returns grocery carts to designated area. Responsible for stocking and rotating milk, eggs, soda, water, and beer. Face sections, respond to service calls, closing cleaning duties.

Essential functions:

• Bag groceries.
• Assisting customers with their groceries.
• Stocking dry groceries, milk, pop, beer using grocery carts, hand trucks, six wheelers, and freight carts.
• Use mops, brooms, feather-dusters for facing, mopping and sweeping.
• Continuous lifting of 1 lb to 50 lbs.
• Use of fingers, hands, arms and legs continuously.

Desired, non-essential functions:

• Breaking down freight.
• Stocking freight.
• Use of box knife when breaking down freight.
