What You'll Do Inspire & Lead a High-Performing Team Coach, mentor, and develop a team of clinical professionals and client experience specialists Build a positive, energetic, and accountable culture Recruit, onboard, and retain exceptional talent Create schedules that maximize both team success and client experience Drive Revenue & Membership Growth Lead consultative conversations that convert prospects into loyal members Coach the team on sales techniques and client engagement Monitor KPIs including membership growth, retention, conversion rates, and revenue Celebrate wins while continually raising performance expectations Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience Ensure every client receives concierge-level service from arrival to departure Resolve concerns quickly, professionally, and with empathy Build long-term client relationships that drive referrals and retention Help create an environment clients genuinely look forward to visiting Own Daily Operations Oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy, growing wellness studio Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and operational systems Improve efficiency while maintaining an elevated client experience Help Grow the Business Partner directly with ownership on business initiatives Support local marketing efforts, partnerships, and community events Identify opportunities to improve systems, profitability, and client satisfaction Help prepare the business for continued growth and future locations What We're Looking For 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, wellness, fitness, spa, aesthetics, healthcare, or another client-focused environment A proven ability to motivate teams and deliver measurable results Strong sales instincts with experience in membership, retail, or consultative sales Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Experience with POS systems, scheduling platforms, and CRM software Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Compensation & Growth Your compensation grows as the business grows.
