Our engaged team leads with integrity, and unites with purpose, driving toward innovation and continuous improvement every day.Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving inbound freight, processing and shipping outbound orders, and light assembly. This position will be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory and a clean, organized warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Perform day-to-day operational warehouse tasks such as loading and unloading materials, picking, packing, and shipping orders, and utilizing handheld toolsComplete accurate data entry by using multiple computer systems and programsOperate material handling machinery including pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, scales, and forkliftsStocking and moving material correctly throughout the warehouseMaintain accurate data inventory by assisting with cycle counts and physical inventoryPerform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety proceduresMaintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsQualifications:High School Degree, or equivalent1+ years work experienceAbility to lift, push & pull up to 50 lbsAbility to use basic hand toolsPreferred Qualifications:Previous fulfillment center or warehouse experienceForklift certification and reach truck driving experienceExperience having worked with bearings and/or power transmission component partsOur Employee Value Proposition:Market competitive benefits package, including company-sponsored health coverage, life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid paternal leave and paid time offWork in a collaborative environment with passionate and innovative teammates$75 annual bonus applied toward mandatory steel toe bootsSolve is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination or harassment of any kind.
