• Tuesday - Friday, 7 am - 5:30 pm -- 10.5-hour shifts
• Approximately 12 patients per day -- 30-minute appointments
• Primarily benign hematology with some oncology recurrence monitoring
• No on-call or callbacks required
• Rural patient population -- adults only
• No procedures required -- case presentation at tumor board
• Hospital privileges required
