Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care delivery and the achievement of desired resident outcomes. Supports the organization vision and mission. Utilizes knowledge of resident’s age and cultural diversity into the provision of resident care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in resident care. Experience: At least one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Current California RN license. Current certification in CPR.
