Competitive salary $85K–$110K DOE Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with 4% company match Growth opportunity with a busy, award-winning DFW commercial GC Exposure to a diverse project portfolio spanning $8M–$30M Job Details Prepare complete, accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects ranging from $8M–$30M Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and vendor bids/proposals Analyze bid documents, addenda, and scope to identify risks, gaps, and value-engineering opportunities Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and material suppliers Assist with GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) development and final buyout support Track historical cost data and market pricing trends to improve estimate accuracy Participate in pre-bid meetings, site walks, and bid strategy discussions Collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and operations teams on project handoff Maintain organized bid documentation and estimate files for each pursuit Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
