Litigation Associate

Duties Prepare pleadings, conduct legal research, and manage written discovery and motion practice. Make court appearances and participate in settlement conferences. Collaborate with partners, associates, paralegals, and staff. Organize and maintain litigation documents and schedules. Conduct and defend depositions, and engage with clients throughout case management. Requirements Minimum 1+ years of litigation experience with state and federal court exposure or judicial clerkship completion. Willingness to support related practice areas. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and client focus. Licensed to practice in New Jersey; additional licenses in New York, Pennsylvania, or Florida are a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications New Jersey law license required.
