Role Overview:

This position involves fine-tuning large language models (such as ChatGPT) by utilizing your strong analytical and English comprehension skills. You will read, summarize, and break down extensive content into logical segments, conduct online research, validate claims, and collaborate with large language models to solve analytical puzzles. What does day-to-day look like:

Your daily activities will include answering a variety of analytical questions and creating scenarios to train the language models. For example:

• Analyze a distribution of sales by month across locations to determine which location has experienced the most growth, considering time periods and variability.
• Given a scenario involving a postman delivering mail to specific neighborhoods under certain rules, articulate the correct delivery sequence for subsequent days.

Requirements:

• English Proficiency: High-level reading and writing comprehension in English.
• Mathematical Proficiency: Strong skills in algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus at the high school/college level.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to approach complex problems systematically and creatively.
• Explanation Skills: Capacity to break down solutions into clear, understandable steps.
• Time Management: Efficient problem-solving abilities and meeting deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining mathematical concepts.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work with various types of math problems and student needs.
• Commitment: Full-time availability, 40 hours per week.
• Technical Setup: Desktop/laptop with a reliable internet connection and necessary software for mathematical computations and online collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or demonstrated exceptional math skills without a formal degree.
• Experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics at the high school or engineering college level.
• Familiarity with standardized testing and curriculum development is a plus.
