Managing order fulfillment tasks related to consumer wireline, the full-time Consumer Order Management Specialist will process service orders, verify order accuracy, and coordinate updates while working remotely across various states. Key responsibilities Process consumer wireline orders and manage corrections and updates using multiple fulfillment systems Make outgoing calls for order coordination and proactive customer communication as needed Stay updated on systems, procedures, products, and services involved in the consumer wireline order process Required qualifications Associates degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience 3+ years of customer service experience 3+ years of data entry experience Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
