As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will continuously develop your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends that will equip you to communicate directly with clients to build authentic relationships and provide personalized experiences.

• Calling potential new and current customers to build relationships, identify needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Work as a part of a team with the shared goal of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and within the community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successful track record of holding yourself accountable and meeting goals
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Must obtain state licenses prior to starting
