Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Social Worker for a K–12 school setting in Windsor, CO. In this role, you’ll support students’ social-emotional well-being, family engagement, and access to learning by providing counseling, crisis support, and collaboration with school teams. This is an excellent opportunity for both new and experienced clinicians who are looking to build meaningful relationships with students, work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, and make a lasting impact on student success while receiving ongoing support from a therapist-owned company.
