I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of nine. I've been in the insurance industry for 27 years and have loved building a career focused on helping people protect what matters most. Outside of work, I'm the proud grandmother of six, enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and cheering on the Nebraska Huskers.

Giving back to our community is important to me. Our agency proudly sponsors local youth sporting events and stays actively involved through our church and other community activities.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jamie Russell - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
